One off ice training session:

When you schedule an off ice session with GRIT this will include the following itinerary. All mobility & skill as well as strength & conditioning is developed specifically for the individual according to agreed goals and current ability. Same as with the ice training, this is structured for an individual athlete but can accommodate 1-5 athletes:

  • Arrive 10 min before session

  • Change/suit up accordingly

  • 5 min mental work

  • Warmup

  • 10-20 minutes mobility & skill work. This typically emphasizes strengthening joints and connective tissues.

  • 20+ minutes strength and/or conditioning

  • Cool down & mobility.

  • 5-10 minutes post session feedback with athlete

Includes *$30/hr coach fee as well as applicable gym fees

*If accommodating 2 or more athletes coaching fee increases $5/hr per athlete.

*A SEPARATE INVOICE WILL BE SENT AFTER PURACHSE FOR APPLICABLE GYM FEES*
